Returns & Refunds
At Nicol Street Pawnbrokers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase
Nicol Street Pawn & Paintball offers customers a ten-day return policy on most items you purchase from us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase simply return the item to us and we will refund your purchase less shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, please send in your receipt or other proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Note: There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) New items such as Paintball equipment and musical instruments which once used can not be re-sold as new items. These items will be accepted as returns less a 40% restocking fee as the goods can only be sold as used items. Any items that aren't in original condition, are damaged or missing parts. Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If your refund is delayed, please check your account, contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted) or contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund shows up. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 124 Nicol Street Nanaimo British Columbia CA V9R4S9.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you must use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
