Sterling Silver Three Figure Totem Bracelet
This beautifully hand carved bracelet is one of a kind, created in the North West Coast Native Style and is signed by the artist, Mr. Solomon Seward a member of the Kwakiutl Native band of Kingcome Inlet located off the East Coast of Northern Vancouver Island
This Bracelet is 2.75 inches across the cuff and will fit a 7.5 to 8.5 inch wrist. Carved in heavy gauge sterling silver the bracelet is one inch wide and weighs 31.50 grams. The bracelet features three figures arranged in a totem style; The eagle at the top, the Raven in the middle, and the Bear at the bottom.
Eagle, Raven, and Bear
This bracelet is decorated with three of the most important figures in North West Coast Native lore. The noble Eagle is seen as a symbol of power and prestige. The Raven is the transformer, trickster and creator. Known in legends as the one who released the sun, moon, and stars; discovered man in a clamshell; brought the salmon and the water, and taught man how to fish and hunt.
